Focus Question

Think about the information that you are learning about each person. Is there someone that we have not learned about that you would like to learn more about? Keep that person in mind while you read about the following five people.

Warm Up

The students will look at the following matrix and read about each person listed.

Lesson

1. After the students have seen the matrix, they will decide on an additional historical French person to study.
2. The students will get into pairs and create their own matrix on the person that they choose.
3. Required information: a favorite quote, a picture, and biographical information.
4. All of the information will be put together on one matrix for future studying purposes.

Evaluation

The students will be graded on two things: the matrix and presentation of the information. The matrix will be graded on required elements and functionality (do all of the links work?). The presentation will be graded soley on participation and completion.
